Took my Money but will not unlock
Paid to unlock Baltimore. I tried restoring purchases and everything else I could think of. Wouldn’t work.

I upgrade for the .99 cents and nothing happens except I'm charged and the app freezes. I've deleted and re downloaded with no success. I purchased the guide for San Diego. What gives?

Paid a dollar to unlock "Washington Map and Attractions. Nothing happened. Screen frozen. Unlock button appears again asking for .99 to unlock. I cannot imagine that I am doing something wrong so I don't believe that it works.
