I would like to respectfully request a review of the compensation assessment regarding a recent issue I experienced while using your washing machine service. I waited approximately 16 minutes to use the washing machine but was ultimately unable to do so due to a system malfunction. As a result, the laundry detergent and fabric softener that had already been added could not be used, leading to an actual cost incurred without receiving the intended service. The system assessed compensation for the detergent and fabric softener at only 20 THB, which I believe is not appropriate and does not accurately reflect the actual cost incurred. I would therefore kindly ask the company to reconsider and review this assessment. As a customer, I find it difficult to understand why, when a problem arises from a system malfunction, the burden of the associated cost falls on the service user. This was an unforeseen issue beyond the user’s control. If this cost is indeed considered the responsibility of the user, I believe there should be a clear policy stating that detergent should only be added after the machine has started operating, as the system may not be able to accurately assess the actual loss incurred.
