Dev team seriously need to fix the synchronization of backend API requests with the client. Every week I miss an elevator because I’m not told what my number is before the elevator leaves. Very, very easy fix left untouched for over a year.
Please just switch to a normal tap (NPC). But instead this app asks for literally every permission to be on (like always tracking your location) and is very glitchy. Rarely works on either of my phones.
Asks for always on location, Bluetooth, local devices, literally everything just to be able to scan a keycard. Very glitchy with locations too. Why not just a normal “tap” feature like with Apple wallet?
