穿梭Transocks

I don’t know what happened, but it’s been not working anymore since a few months ago on the smartphone app. Until now it still didn’t fix, I paid for this app but now it’s only working on the pc. I tried to ask for some help but never get any replies. This is really making people feel upset. Few days ago I contact customer service again, and they told me how to fix those problems. Now it'sworking again.

I’m in Pittsburgh and it doesn’t work. When I was in Canada it worked fine. Update: tried using the “global mode” (全局模式?) according to the developers suggestion, still didn’t work. Any other possible fixes? Update: worked after I closed and re-opened the app. Thanks!

Dunno why it happened today. I tried to re-download the app and restart my phone. But it always 闪退when I try to open the app. But other than that, this app has saved my life because I can’t live without music so thank you. But please fix this problem if you could Thanks.
