The software needs to be updated, system connects when wanted and 90% of the time doesn’t connect

Very disappointed I cannot get my remote monitoring $4000 sensors to connect to the cloud station. Walking through all of the videos and training material and scan scanning the QR code on the back of the sensor is refusing to add it to my system the cloud base station connects, but none of the sensors connect. Also logging into the mobile app fails, even when using the same email and password that works fine on the Web app . Is anyone using this successfully? If so, please help I love the idea, but I’m having trouble with the system please if someone is using the successfully reach out to me
