Good functionality and pricing but UI is horrible
I started using Mandatum Trader instead of Nordnet mainly due to the competitive pricing, especially when buying instruments on American markets. The app has a lot of functionality which is good, but I think the UI is really horrible. The website also has a horribly outdated UI and the app seems to just be a different, light version of the website. I am thinking about going back to Nordnet and the higher prices just because of the bad UI Trader has. Trader is not a new service anymore, and if they want to keep providing this service they must invest in a revamp of the UI.

Ei löydä tiliä
Säikäytti ihan kunnolla kun ei löydä tiliä, vahvan tunnistautumisen jälkeen. Verkkosivuilla toimii. Muutenkin UI on todella karua vrt vaikka nordnet

Forgets login
The app ”forgets” my login info several times a day, as if I had never logged in. I have to use bank id, create pin code (again), and activate face id to login.
