Timezone Fun App

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Timezone. I refilled my account with Rs 13,000 and used Rs 5,000, only to find that Rs 8,000 had vanished from my account. Their reasoning? The unused amount expired because I didn’t spend it within a year. It feels unreasonable to expect customers to spend such a large sum within a set validity period. To make matters worse, their customer support is abysmal. I’ve tried reaching out via email and phone calls multiple times without any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t provide adequate support or honor its financial commitments to customers. If you’re considering using Timezone, be prepared for potentially poor customer service and stringent, unfair policies regarding account funds. Save your money and avoid the hassle—there are better places to spend your entertainment money.

I have been visiting TIMEZONE in Inorbit mall Malad and it is very good. This app has very good features with allowing you to reload the card, check the card balance and also check the card e-tickets.

We have been visiting timezone every weekend at Phoenix mall for first time I visited R-city mall Time zone.. staff at R-city mall are amazing specially I remember one guy Mr Gaurav at Happy swing he asked me to down load app of timezone from My App Store he was very kind.. also with the app he promoted we will get offers discount which was a kind gesture also he was promoting the app along with taking care of kids at the same time…Gaurav boy keep up the good work for doing such a great job also he spoke very good English that was remarkable and said thank you to all the kids and so visit us next time high level of service
