Tile Connect:Onet Puzzle Match

As reported by a user in January, I get only a small white square when I open the game. Re downloaded and got the same. I thought initially it was because I had reached an upper limit on levels. I am perfectly willing to start all over but I can’t get it to down load now.

I hope the developer of this games reads this. I love this game, and have played it for some time. The last time I played the game and asked for the next level, the screen only came up with (1) white square. No game. It tried over and over to play and no game. So I deleted the game. Then reloaded the game from the from the App Store. I played 3 screens, and then the same thing happened, (1) white square, no game. When I deleted the game I lost all the rewards I had accumulated. Please look into this. Surely I am not the only person having trouble. I would like to continue playing the game. Thank you.
