ThinQ TV - LG TV Remote

Actually it is easy to connect and it is the best thing instead of LG remote i recommend everyone who uses LG tv to use this program but anyway i have a point which is some times it suddenly stop workin well and after 40 seconds it make the thing i want.

My controller somehow broke in half. I was happy to find this remote. However it is super disappointing because the ap has a hard time connecting to my tv. I spend a lot of time fighting it. Turning the tv off and on manually. Hard closing the ap. It is so not worth it. I have both Roku and google tv which neither ever have this issue. Time to trash this lg tv and upgrade to a Roku or google tv. Also why would anyone want to pay for a in ap remote when both google and Rokus are free? Buyer beware.

Toddler lost our actual remote so I found this app to navigate our television. One night it refused to work unless I paid for a subscription. I paid the $30 and bought the “lifetime” package. Next day, same thing happened- I was unable to use the app unless I purchased a subscription. Super frustrating. Tried emailing company via the “contact us” link… no response. Emailed a SECOND time… still waiting for a response. Feels like a scam even though it looks like it’s endorsed by LG.
