As others have noted, the product works flawlessly for identifying flights over a defined area. However, tracking individual flights of interest has largely been problematic; data doesn’t align with FlightAware, end of the flight loops bad data (it’s still in the air?), etc. Would be nice if the display could be turned off between defined hours, would like all time zones not just a few…I hope the team keeps making incremental gains 👍🏼

I saw the ads for this thing and knew I had to get one for myself. Set it up in my office and now I can look out the window and see where a plane is coming from or where it’s going to as well as the other cool aviation information it displays. Pros: Set up is fast and easy. Just pick a spot to set it up, plug it in, follow the easy prompts to get started and you’re tracking flights in no time. Con’s: sometimes the service goes down with no communication from the devs. It leaves my sign blank until I restart it or the service comes back up. This isn’t a dealbreaker though as the vast majority of the time the sign works as advertised. I just wish we could get more communication about when service is not working as intended on the app.

Amazing product if you want to track the flights arriving/departing an airport or flying within a certain distance, but is very bad when tracking a single flight. Overall very happy and it’s a fantastic idea and 90% well-implemented. I hope they fix the bugs soon. It works perfectly for the reason I purchased it, but there’s definite room for improvement in other areas, specifically the app.
