The Scheduling App

I find being able to schedule my appointments and manage them without a phone call preferable. I avoid being placed on a hold and playing phone tag, especially if I have to wait for a callback. I noticed I tend to see my chiropractor more often - thats how much I dislike making the phone call.

Recently started seeing chiropractor that uses this system. Supposed to be an easy thing that is if you actually get to sign in. On my iPhone,I keep getting rejected every time I try to sign in. First time it asked to allow me to let it use facial recognition so I did and all it did was constantly reload to where I had to exit out of the app. So I changed my password which allowed me to get in. Now I tried to get in using auto fill (password) but all that does is spin then quit and I paste it in again only to have it spin. Just repeats itself over and over again. I never actually get into the app. And the problem persist even after deleting the app and reinstalling it. I don’t know if the app has problems with iPhones or just latest iOS updates but I have taken to talking directly with the place I do business with to set my schedule.

I really like having the convenience of scheduling through the app and also being able to message the staff. It’s much easier for me since my schedule in very inconsistent. I’m always having to move appointments around and the staff is always so great about it and as flexible as they can be. I really appreciate it and everything you do! - Nikki P
