Fun app, easily becomes a daily habit. Questions seemed aimed at the Gen X market, though there are enough current music questions to make it challenging for the over fifties :) My only complaint is that once you max out your level most of the game mechanisms are pointless - you have maxed your chasers to 7 stars so pieces go to Beast, but when you have maxed him too it’s a circular waste of time. Find chaser pieces, chaser is maxed so they get given to Beast. Beast is maxed so when he gets points to open his progression case the pieces are simply sent back to him in an eternal loop. The game seems to expect nobody to stick around long enough for the mechanics to stop working, and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. When you’re mired in pointless case openings and unable to progress because there is nothing available to progress to/with, playing quickly becomes a chore rather than a fun challenge. It’s a shame, what begins as a great game turns into a bore once you’ve progressed far enough to be able to win consistently.
As a fan of the show, I gleefully loaded this game and have not regretted it since. I’ve been a daily addict since February and have nothing but positive things to say about it…but I do have one or two bones to pick. My next achievement is to reach level 90, how am I meant to do that? I appear to have run out of road at level 89! 😂 Also, could something not be done about the beast cases? After you have completed the beast, the beast cases only gives chaser pieces for chasers who have been completed so I have literally 100s of unopened cases that are now redundant to the game. Perhaps we could swap them for gold so we can open cases which help further our games? Or at the very least give other rewards as well as chaser pieces like many of the other cases do because right now we’re just going around in circles by exchanging beast pieces for beast coins!
For an average player the game is perfect, but for someone like me I’ve noticed a few issues 1- The player XP reward for losing and winning is the same so win big once then just purposefully losing 10 games gets you the same XP, would be nice to have a XP multiplier for example…. 5 questions right gets you say a 2.5x XP boost to the base XP 2- The only reward comes from daily challenges, there’s no reward for playing for several hours after you’ve completed the challenges 3- a daily challenge of win X amount of money would be good have it scale to the place in the world you are, beginning world should be Earn 30k today. 4- for every win you should get sat 5 beast coins this would be 200 wins just to unlock him, and then even more games to level him up it’s a good way to keep the player base playing 5- player XP in the achievements tabs as a reward would be nice 6- increase the Max level players can be
