the black ride - TBR Clients

I’ve used black ride for about half a year now and every single time I request a ride to work, the estimated fare is usually between 19 to 21 cedis, (which is fair when compared to other ride apps), but I always end up paying outrageous fares after the trip. 30 cedis is the least fare paid after the trip when we I use blackride. Fix your fare rates if you want to be competitive in the market as Uber. We patronize your app because it’s local based and understand we should support our own but that doesn’t mean you should be killing our pockets with your price schemes. And also work on your map and it’s navigation system. It’s frustrating to see the rides just rotating at one place or moving awkwardly and in a discontinuous manner when waiting for a driver.

App is so excellent

I’m registering as a rider and I’m being asked for a National ID which I don’t have. And when I press on skip it’s still being required. I think it should be optional for now so that you can get a lot of riders on the app. If you make your registration process too strict it will prevent a lot of people from registering.
