Texas First Bank

I like using Texas First Banks app! It is very easy to use! It is easy to set up paying bills in the bill paying section. And it keeps a history of what you’ve paid and when. And the bank will notify you of highly unusual activity.! An overall great experience! I’ve been using it for about five years!

The app will not allow me to send or receive money from Zelle. I tried to download the Zelle app and link the bank but doesn’t allow me to because it says my bank is already using Zelle. I deleted the banking app and downloaded it again and set my account up again to see if it would work but the banking app still doesn’t allow me to use the Zelle app.

I have tried to deposit my check into my account, but every time I tried it say to turn the app back to full screen mode because it can’t capture images in split screen. That makes no since to me because split screen mode would capture more of the information than it would in fullscreen. So I tried turning it back to fullscreen mode but there is no option hat would give me the ability to do so, I’ve tried turning my phone to both sides nothing happened. I’ve tried locking my screen rotation that didn’t work. I exited and closed the app that also didn’t work. Moral is nothing worked, fix the app so that the split screen mode works overall good app to use.
