Ten Match - Number Puzzle

I am loving this game, but my Key Rewards seem to be stuck. It’s been on “5 days 5 hours etc” for almost a week now. What gives? I don’t mind paying a little bit of $ for rewards, but between that and the ads; it’s becoming a bit tiresome. TIA for your time.

I like the challenge

Actually love the concept behind number ten match games. But your app and my iPhone seem to be at odds. I am unable to “view ads” (ad failed to play, try again later) when I try to spin the wheel for additional hints/undos/adds. I’ve fiddled w my game & phone interface to make sure I’m not “ad-blocking” in some random way as well. But nothing works not even deleting the game and abandoning it for nearly a year (today I re-loaded it). It’s still not playing ads. This is the free version of your game (as opposed to ad-free). Side note-a shuffle option would be well received.
