Teleprompter App - Autokue

No 1: I don’t appreciate having to pay upfront for a fully unlocked version of an app until I can try it out. I took the risk by taking a monthly subscription only to be faced with a clunky, awkward user experience and an app riddled with bugs. I don’t know when developers will learn. there are at least four or five different bugs that I discovered within the first 10 minutes of using the app. In terms of usability, it’s probably a one star. For one, trying to adjust to speed of the text scroll the way it’s designed you cannot actually see the speed while you’re trying to use the slider. The number should be above the slider not below because your finger obscures it when you’re trying to use it. And I could go on. Clearly “designed “ by an app developer who wants to collect money but couldn’t be bothered to hire a mobile designer.

I don’t know any other way to reach you than to use this comment as your apps don’t have any contact information. I recently purchased Prof Hornet Pro and the app not only doesn’t work, but immediately says upgrade to this “new version.” I feel cheated, as if the other app is flawed, it should not be sold. After giving up on Prof Hornet Pro ever working properly, I try to upgrade to your new version, via link in the Prof Hornet App, and basically, it says pay again. Why would I pay again? For what? Another app that might be another scam? I purchased and need a teleprompter that works. I already paid you and I got nothing that works. Feeling very ripped off.

This one is a bit different from the other app. It works well enough, but I’m not a fan of the UI… Great company! Superior customer service! And the app is useful enough to justify purchasing the pro version! Would be five stars, but just not a fan of the UI…
