The TechnoRV app is trying to perform different two different functions - fuel card and data management of router. When you go to the app, you have a choice of either the Fuel or Data but not both. Bad design - either make them two different apps or multiple choice box (not radio button) to use as both.
Installed the app and tried to register my current SIM card TRV number and didn’t accept it. I copied the number right off the current bill so I know that’s correct. Seems like a beta release and not ready for prime time.
I have the “latest version” for iPhone & iPad and there are some improvements from the past version(s) but there are still major issues. This is more pre-beta software. I haven’t found the version number so I can’t report the version I’m running. 1) The Update information section doesn’t show what was entered before so it’s more of re-enter information. What is saved is anyone’s guess. You have no idea what is on file. So much for finding out what debt/charge card you are using. 2) The app is buggy. I can’t tell you how may times I ended back on the Getting Started page or kicked out of the app after don’t something. 3) On the iPad the fonts on the station information pop-up is so large part of the information is outside the window. I can read the information in the window across the room without my glasses. 4) The iPhone seems to work reasonably well with 1Password but the iPad version doesn’t recognize 1Password at all. Bottom Line: This is no where near the TechnoRV quality I’m seen in the past. Hopefully, this is only a once is a life time occurrence and not a trend. And a maximum effort is being expended to get this product right.
