Showed the map of the cleaned area which is cool. However I’ve yet to be able to use the “remote control” features which is kind of the whole point in having the app. Luckily I haven’t misplaced my remote yet.
The set up is painful and it takes a while to connect the vacuum. It refused to see my AirPort Extreme so I had to get a whole separate router for this vac. It gives errors and I had a lot of issues with it loosing all the info from the vac, including the map and then refusing to show the map at all. It also can’t seem to ever complete a software update on the vacuum. However, when it works right, it’s very responsive and quite powerful. All features work great and you can choose spots/areas/boundaries all in the same live map that you can zoom into. Hopefully future releases will polish out all the bugs. Definitely shows a lot of promise.
I can schedule, start and charge the robot on my phone. So easy to use!
