No refunds for everyone
It’s 2026 and they still treat you like they are highschool teachers and you’re a student when applying for refund. No other place needed you to provide any more details for refund, heck even Shopee you just need to pick a pre-coded reason and that’s it get back your money. Tbs wants you to provide a whole “DOCUMENT” to have a refund. Who on earth do you think you are? Treating people like kids? You think our money is not hard earned enough in this economy? Then have audacity to reply back that the reason is not good enough, huh?

No info for departure from other terminal
I can see there are choices from tbs to other terminals but not from the other terminal to tbs. Even when i choose round trip. It shows no departure trip available. Please help
