I kept this app, tried it out, and after months of having it and not using it as often, I decided I no longer wanted it. Couldn’t find on my end how to cancel it without contacting customer support, unfortunately I had to in the end. On APRIL 6th, 2026 Ashley, a customer support representative responded and assisted in cancelling my subscription. Just the other day, June 20th, 2026, as I’m checking bank statements I see another charge from this company- I email them again requesting a refund because I was charged TWICE since April, I requested a refund because they confirmed I was cancelled but yet I was charged & money taken from me without my permission. James this time responded said I was cancelled & unfortunately due to “policy” no refund would be issued. So because of their EMPLOYEES mess up, confirming something that was incorrect, I’m out money and they won’t even consider a refund for their mistake. Yea never use this app, I was lured in from their Instagram adds to try it out. Not even worth it. They have terrible customer service because I have yet to receive any further explanation or reasoning as to why I don’t get a refund. Terrible solution for an issue that wasn’t my fault. Don’t get this app unless you want to deal with terrible people who can’t do their job.

What scam and AWFUL customer service. You’ll never talk to a person. This company is completely misleading with their great free trial offer. They have secret charges on top of the subscription. You are Not alerted like most companies do when you’re up for renewal so you can cancel it before you get charged. Then they’ve got you trapped because they won’t refund anything at the renewal date even if payment hasn’t processed. I canceled this on the first mistake (which sure that’s on me) but an email was sent to cancel any further subscription. I was defeated to the website to cancel, no help whatsoever. Subscription canceled on the app and yet somehow still ran through the next month, the full charge and the secret charges! There was “nothing they could do”to refund me even with a month old email proving I wanted to cancel. The app isn’t great in itself, I’m pretty good with tech and the navigation wasn’t straight forward. To top it off you can get a better tattoo idea putting you ideas into chatGPT and that’s free without charging you $23 to use it and $20 to find you a local tattoo parlor. Zero stars!!

Like is an understatement and like like like is better but I actually need to keep adding like for AWHILE! Bit there’s not tkme for stupid so u get it… pretend you’re the first person inline at a roller coaster ride that has and entrance starting from Another another location franchise and it’s now night time there and day here so everyone just turned around and got back in lkke technology! But u knew if you didn’t sacrifice the last ride everyone was taking.. then you’d be last i stead of first. Anyway yeah. That line of people is a metaphor for the amount of value the like will be for u from me
