Tap to Pay, POS System・Tofu

Do not use Tofu Pay. They are not a real service. They have been holding my money for 3 weeks now. It’s $7k and I have been waiting for this payment to process so I can pay my materials and labor for this project and I can’t because the payment is stuck in their app. They are just holding my money hostage. Not only that, when you try to find a customer service agent they don’t exist. Even the Ai chat bot in the app doesn’t answer. I’ve waited days for a response and nothing it’s a ghost town and no one will help you if you choose to give them your money. I NEVER leave reviews but I’m saying this to save the next person from being burnt.

The app works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in the app that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of the app it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info. Update that and credit card pay and I would update the stars 👌🏽.

This app is simply amazing! I run a small business, and using Tofu has made the sales process so much easier and more efficient. I love how easy it is to manage inventory and track sales, and the Tap to Pay feature has significantly sped up the payment process for my customers. Very pleased with the outcome!
