Tactic: Office Management

Love this app! Three months ago I was tasked with developing and implementing a hybrid work strategy at my organization. We tried so many options: office hoteling, hot desking, shared calendars—they all made our work lives more frustrating. We were pretty desperate when we came across Tactic. We tried it and the whole process from onboarding to setting up our multiple offices/floor plans was easy and extremely professional. Tactic’s new mobile app made WFH possible without sacrificing productivity. Our employees love it and have shared how their work life balance has improved in less than a month of using the app. I couldn’t recommend this app more! Thank you Team Tactic!!

It has become very obvious over the past 12 months that the hybrid workplace model is changing the game for many businesses. With technology being so widely accessible, it is no longer necessary for employees to be physically present every day of the week. In fact, many businesses are seeing increased levels of productivity during remote work periods. However, there are still times where an office setting makes sense, especially for group projects, meetings, etc... That’s where Tactic has been so helpful. They have allowed us to manage a team of people who now have the freedom to reserve office workspaces and meeting rooms on the days that work best for them. Their health questionnaires have also been immensely helpful in addressing safety concerns around returning to the office. Lastly, I want to touch on how user friendly their software and app are. It was a main selling feature as we wanted to get employees onboarded quickly, without too much of a learning curve. We look forward to seeing more new features roll out as we enter this new workplace era. Cheers!

We’ve used Tactic to help manage our return to the office and it’s made the process so much smoother for our employees and HR team! Previously we were managing office attendance via spreadsheets and administering health questionnaires manually. Tactic has automated the entire process and consolidated all this information into one place. Onboarding our entire company took less than a day and our employees have loved it as it’s allowed them to know what days are best for them to go into the office. 10/10 recommend to any companies looking to adopt a hybrid model and/or planning to reopen their office space with limited capacity.
