Synergy Student

Recently my school switched to this app from another homework app and I have to say all the students are very disappointed, our old app was so much better and it actually worked smoothly, but the best thing about it was that it gave notifications when you had a new homework/detention, and the day before homework are due as well as the day they are due, please could you add notifications like this to Synergy, it would be really helpful and I would say this is the main improvement you could make, I don’t know anything about making an app but it can’t be that hard? I don’t know if you even read the reviews but if you do then from everyone at my school PLEASE ADD NOTIFICATIONS Thanks

at first glance the app is fine but there are a couple of things “wrong” with it, for example, in the assignments section, where homework and such are displayed I have found that even work I have not yet completed has been ticked off so shown as completed which is really confusing when trying to organise and manage school work, secondly another issue with assignments is after a while the build up of homework on the display is too much, I feel like once an assignment has been ticked off it should be removed to another kind of list so I don’t have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the work I need to complete. finally, the synergy app does not send notifications which I have found other apps do such as satchel one, it would be really helpful if it gave notifications for when homework is coming up to remind or motivate students to start work. if these issues are resolved I thing the app could have potential. thanks for reading.

it actually has a lot of useful info like my timetable and after school clubs and stuff like that but it doesn’t send notifications and it’s so annoying like it’s gonna be the whole reason i get detentions bc the stupid app doesn’t send notifs and then i’ll get told by my teachers and parents “oh well that’s ur fault for not checking the app” IM SORRY THAT IM FORGETFUL AND NEED REMINDERS FOR EVERYTHING AND NOW I NEED TO ALSO PUT MY HOMEWORK ON THE REMINDERS APP SO I DONT FORGET JUST GIVE IT BLOODY NOTIFS ITS NOT THAT HARD
