I’m a daily user, I love the app! and I think it has a great opportunity to become Sudan’s virtual banking solution with the ability to swiftly create a virtual cash card in seconds without the need of a bank account. But, most of the cool features and services especially gift cards (which are a main point of attraction to SyberPayPlus for me) isn’t readily accessible or available as much as you’d like them to be ☹️

Hi I'm an iPhone user and I face two major problems: 1- Money transactions from MBOK take very long time to get received in my syber account. 2- After the last update the app keeps cracking , I cant check credit, can't transfer, can't recharge. Hope you fix these issues. Thanks

Can’t issue a new card , it brings up a massage saying , unsupported version , please get the latest version . And i just download the app
