SuperTrader: Trading Journal

There is a picture in the app description that says you can “Auto-Import Trades Fast and Easy.” There is actually no auto-import feature anywhere in that app that can find. It also only offers five brokers. I planned on using it for my Schwab/Think or Swim account. However, with no auto import, I would need to export my trades from my desktop, send to my phone, and then import the file. I was really excited for this app as it allow me to switch from using Tradezella or Tradevue. Both of those offer auto import and way more detailed analysis of your trading activity. This app over promises and under delivers. The layout is really clean, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. This app only offers slightly more information that Webulls built in P/L tracker.

When I download the app, before reviewing it I was informed I had a 7 days trial. I’m nice the trial was over I would be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. I selected quarterly and within 5 minutes I could tell the app did not meet my needs. I went to turn off future billing yet I was IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR THE QUARTER WITHIN FIVE MINUTES!!!!!! I now am appealing through Apple and was told I have to wait 30 business days to get it refunded EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE ADVERTISED A SEVEN DAY TRIAL!!!!!! A real pain!

I never leave reviews on apps whatsoever but I have to say that you all have it figured out. I’ve never experienced any issues with this app. It allows me to make adjustments as I wish. I trade the forex market and it still allows me to enter my trades manually and does the calculations for me. (I still haven’t figured out how to paste them from MT5, even though that is an option). I absolutely love this app. I look forward to the growth and new developments in the future. I’m locked in with you all for the long haul. Thank you so much for being a major help to my trading journey and experience.
