Sunshine Island : Farming Game

The developers of this app are SO involved in gameplay updates, player feedback, and engagement. They are active in social media and discord with mini games to get free vouchers and make it easy to connect with other players to find good guilds. This is the only app I get excited to watch ads for because the rewards match the time spent watching them (and they often don’t make you watch the full ad to get the reward) Watching ads on other apps now is frustrating since they are all longer than those 😅 I have paid a few times for gems but if you are looking for a game where they aren’t shoving payments down your throat or the game feels slow without premium, this is a good game for you. My game is also never slow to load like some people have experienced so it must be hit or miss. They have new festivals and events all the time so I always feel like I have a reason to come back to the app. This is the only app I’ve played for so long and am impressed with how much work is put into the game each day by the Devs. They’ve upped the standard in app gaming imo. My only complaint is that for my lvl 20s the tasks once I leveled up were immediately completed because I did them already. And they were checked off before I could even see what they were. It was also not as fun because you didn’t have as much of a reason to harvest. But the improvement in festivals and events makes to so right now I’m not feeling that.

i was first introduced to the game by my bf and at first i wasn’t so into it but after a month or so, i understood the hype and why he was obsessed with it 🤣 i quickly became very invested as well, logging in everyday to tend to my farm buildings, aiming to lvl up and unlock the other fun aspect of the game that i couldn’t access just yet as a lower lvl. this game is such a nice time killer and doesn’t take away too much of your focus if you happen to be doing something important. i have been able to go on and harvest things within one minute and replant and then just go back to whatever i was doing. this game also offers you to chance to work with a team of your choice! i’ve met so many amazing people in the guild/team i am in and we get to work together to level up. the skins you can add to your buildings and the various profile pics are also pretty awesome and add a fun little customization to your game as you seem fit. for a mobile game, the mechanics and graphics are pretty nice. the little people that you can zoom in on and see while your buildings are in production and the animals around the island are so cute. you also get a lot of chances to earn FREE stuff. it is definitely not necessary to spend money to progress. i also love that the game is always under development and new things are always happening so i’m not worried about the game being forgotten or not being updated. the ONLY mobile game i’ll ever play.

This is a really cool game and it engaging with its different projects and activities. I have some feedback that I really hope you read and consider: 1) My main feedback is in order for this to become an effective team game, we need some tools to review guild members participation and activities; for example last time logged in, participation in the projects in the current tournament, etc. 2) an easier way to help members to fill their airplane or ships boxes. There should always be a button in the main page which is always accessible regardless of the island I’m in. 3) some of the guild upgrade cost jumps up at a significant rate; if I remember correctly, to get to 20 members it was maybe around 10 or 15k coins and the for 21 members it jumps to 60k Feel free to reach out to me to discuss the feedback.
