I booked a ride on this app and waited but the driver never moved. When I cancel it costed me £4 cancellation fee and there no way to raise a complaint nor any sort of customer support chat. Do avoid it.
I was excited about the new Streetcar app, bc the original one was crap. Turns out the new one is crap too - very buggy and not credit card friendly (yes, it does support credit card payment but it makes you re-enter all the details every time, or it fails). I like Streetcars, but this poorly built app makes me want to switch to Uber simply for ease of use
