This app is very helpful with motivational reflections and daily challenges that help break unconscious habits. Slowly changing the way you smoke and reducing the amount. I wish they had an area for daily notes on successes and areas for improvement. In addition I would like access anytime I want to view the graph they provide after the review at the end of day.

I tried many different ways to quit smoke and this program offer a really complete content to help you quit, all you need is follow the steps and you will get it, don’t give up if you fail the first time... start again!
