The app started not letting me open it just now. Can you please fix the problem. Thanks Update: the app started working again thanks anyway.

So I got it and I am like ok ok very fine I entered and not like others and then I just like I wanna make sticker pack! So then I did and I’m like ok ok sticker pack name is gonna be,,,,,,,,and I wanted to do qut yellow guy but noooo it said something weird and I don get it please help😢☹️☹️😞😞😞😕🙁

I had thid app on my excellphone and they had lovely motions... but on my new iphone pro max when i downloaded the app they are like an image now and dont have any motion and it’s very annoying😖😞unfortunately this happend when i update my moms phone and got this app...🥺plz give them motion and make us happy again🤩
