This was disappointing. I bought the pro to see if it’d be any better than the free version as far as export quality. Using the app is simple, however, the animation doesn’t always hold the placement of the stick figure after you place it. The “undo” button? You won’t know which part or how far back you’ve undone something. Not a smooth transition if you adjust your figure and then select another position. The worst part though? Export quality. I’ve saved it to photos and as a gif, the video completely changed the stick figure appearance and the gif made the stick figures pixelated. I believe in time this would be a good idea but it definitely needs work before I choose to use this app again.
this app is actually amazingggg. I use it in replacement of stick nodes because stick nodes is so confusing 🥲🥲. but overall, this is great. this helped me learn from my mistakes and how to become and amazing animator. At first I kinda didn’t like it but I’ve gotten used to it now, I would recommend this to any beginner animators. this app is not hard to use but yet has the smoothest additions. It has cheap in app purchases etc etc, just beyond great however the negative things about it is when it crashes and it doesn’t save your some of your animations... it also glitches sometimes because when I slide to the next time frame, it just does this weird thing where it adds extra poses that I never wanted so then I have to delete them and it really ruins my animation. just a recommendation to the devs, yall should really add a feature where you can customize the characters. so we can edit the skin with a grid or something, add a shirt, hair, pants or shoes. and pleaseeeee add more backgrounds, or let us design our own. I would definitely pay for it even if it cost money, or even in-game money. I would grind all day, that’s how good this game is
I’m an animator, and my biggest pet peeve is my app crashing on me or taking too long to load. This app has those problems, and it takes super long, especially when my stickmen are colored. And once I make a change, I can’t undo it, even after I remove the pose. But these can be fixed! Almost any app problem can be fixed! I love the rest of the app and the low prices! If you fix these minor problems, your app will become the best of the stickman animating apps! I just know it! With warm regards, -EeveeKat
