When I initially installed it worked nicely. One hour later I went to check the status of the battery charge. I had to register, again. I closed the app after checking. Guess what happened? Yup. I had to re-register. Happened every time I closed the app. I have now found if I exit out of the app using the 3 bars in the top left corner of the app I no longer have the above connection problem. It’s let to be seen if it’s accurate or close to accurate.
After reading the only review I was hesitant to download the app but after downloading, it works as intended. Shows me exactly how much battery power is left on my Q Follow golf caddy. I also was able to set up an alert that lets me know when the battery life goes below a percentage that I determine. If you bought a Q Follow, rest assured the app works just as intended.
This app does not work, it does not allow connection to Bluetooth. I have tried reinstalling 10 times or more, everytime it's updated I try again, and it never works. It's sad to pay $3k for one of these carts and the small details are not there. Highly recommend not getting the carbon fiber option, it is not carbon but cheap paint that looks like carbon, totally silly. Other than than the Q works great most of the time.
