App always gives you a different arrival time of when they will actually be there. I’ve had two occasions in the last month where the taxi driver has got there earlier than the app advised me & the drivers have just driven off! Both times I’ve missed my train to work & never received apologies off the phone staff when I called up. Customer service needs to be improved massively

I initially found this app to be very intuitive and useful. It provided a lot of information and all of the options that I needed. However, there have continually been issues with paying via debit card due to changes in the company's payment system. Also, when I tried to sort out this issue and deleted the app from my phone, downloading it again meant that I couldn't make any use of it at all because there was only a registration button and not a logging in option when I opened the app again.

Been using them for a long time but i heard they have been bought by new owners who are making it much easier to book and better faster service
