This app is extremely unreliable and frustrating to use. Most of the time it displays the error “Failed to establish the encrypted channel,” preventing access to my cameras. Connections frequently fail, channels do not load properly, or the app takes an excessive amount of time to connect, making it unsuitable for dependable security monitoring. Before support blames my network, I want to clarify that this is not an internet connection issue. I have a stable 500 Mbps symmetrical fiber connection, and all my other devices, streaming services, and security applications work without any problems. The issue is clearly related to the app, its servers, or the way it handles camera connections. The cloud storage service is also misleading. I purchased it believing that it would store continuous recordings for the selected period, but it only uploads short clips when the camera detects motion. All other footage is discarded, even though this limitation is not clearly explained during the purchase process. This creates a serious security risk because important events can easily be missed if the motion detection fails or does not trigger correctly. As a result, valuable footage may be permanently lost. When customers pay for cloud storage, they should know exactly what is and is not being recorded. Overall, the app suffers from poor reliability, frequent connection failures, and a cloud storage service that does not meet reasonable expectations. I cannot recommend this product until these issues are fixed and the storage limitations are communicated much more clearly.

I have tried several times to add a profile, but it gets stuck in a loop where it doesn’t save my profile. Furthermore, even though the app says that it’s connected to the scale, no information from the scale is going to the app. I have spent probably four hours on this and nothing works. And there is no support from the company. I do not recommend this product.
