All I wanted was an app that would show my steps from Apple Health on my lock screen. I tried 5 different apps, all but one of which wanted to do their own step calculation rather than just use the one that shows in Apple Health, and the numbers didn’t match. This app was the only one that did what I was looking for. Simple and effective, and for a small one time fee, unlike others that want $5/month.
I paid $2 for the full version to be able to see my steps update actively on my watch face and this app is not an option on my watch face editing. The only real plus to buying the full version is that you can change the color of the icon… pass. I would like to be able to see my steps for the day as an option for a Lock Screen widget instead of only being able to see the whole week or 3 days at a time.
I mainly got this app for the widget. Everything is well designed, and the data flows in reliably whether I’m wearing my Apple Watch or not. This app is rock solid, and it has never crashed on me. Count me in as a lifetime user. My only suggestion is that the dev make Apple Watch complications! You would kill it, bro!
