The app does not seem to integrate with iOS well, almost every time I try to start an activity to track the app just closes down on its own. I must then open it, “cancel” the activity in progress, the app shuts down on its own again and then on the third time I hopefully get it to work. As others have mentioned there is no way to track movement in a gym or home (treadmill, elliptical, etc.) so that’s another deduction for this app. In addition to all these other problems I tried to open the app today and it’s just blank, I’m no long on a team, my company’s mission is not in the app and I have zero points/goals/missions…would never use this app again. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Cure all, love the idea of global challenge set by organizations for fun and the global connection. Very sad that it doesn’t sync with Apple Watch and you must keep your phone in you at all times. Also sad that gym activities like treadmill don’t count. In bad weather there are little options 😞
Three co-workers and I banded together to fulfill a two week journey to raise money for charity and this was the app of choice by our company to track our output. Our team Members had runners, cyclists and some whom took long walks to achieve 10K daily. Long story short, on a 26 mile bike ride, the app only recorded 9 miles and stopped. I was lucky to track the ride on Strava which seems to be the market standard (free version). On a 5K I ran for charity as well, the app only recorded 20% of the entire length of the ride (1K of 5 recorded). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
