App issue
Sprout internet itself has been mostly fantastic the entire time I’ve had it, as was the app until they gave it an overhaul, and now it constantly loses the names I’ve assigned to each device - didn’t happen previously. So frustrating when trying to manage kids’ access, please fix this glitch!!

Lightning in a wire
The sprout team was way above and beyond professional! From the guys burying the cable to the installation crew to the monitoring team!! Can’t say enough good things about them. The wifi is blazing and we didn’t get the highest speed. I suspect the max speed would melt your chocolate lol Great folks great product kudos to sprout!
