I love that this app is straight to the point and easy to use. It’s not bloated by news and ads everywhere. If you’re looking for an app to see sports scores and standings instantly this is the one! The live activity is perfect too! My only complaint: Recently there was an update for the watch app, the new little UI is nice. BUT the complications for the watch face options are only your favorite team. The down side is that you see the most recent score of a team that got knocked out of the playoffs. I would love if there was a choice that you don’t have to select your favorite team and it just takes you to the league tab or the following tab, because I love to see what games are upcoming regardless of league. I think it would be an easy add. It’s just annoying that I have to click the complication, it take to me to an old game then I have to click back from there then click the league I want to see what games are upcoming. Before it would take you straight to this.

Hey, the main reason I’m leaving this review is because of the widget you guys have. I would give it 6/5 stars if i could. It’s amazing to have all the scores in one place and so organized. It’s how i stay up to date most of the time. Makes me automatically love this app. The actual app is great as well, and has many amazing features. The one thing I think could use a tiny improvement is the presentation, the app can feel a but cluttered at times and the horizontal scrolling can be less than ideal at points. Sometimes it just feels like there’s too much on the screen at one time and i think a new menu system or organization would help. Also (this is just a want, not necessary), I think a change (or addition in some cases) to the visual updates to a game’s play-by-play could use a visual improvement (similar to the way ESPN does theirs for football and basketball, with visuals for shots missing/going in, a visual of the court, and overall just a visual appeal for drives/field in football). This would help me to want to use the app for score updates instead of just the widget; I wouldnt be just staring at a blank play-by-play and refreshing. Thanks so much!

For the past 2 months, when using this app, I've been getting spam ads that say I have a virus on my phone. I took a screenshots of the spam ads and googled them. Sure enough, they were spam ads, and I don't have a virus. Over the past 2 months, I've noticed new spam ads come with each update. There used to be no ads. Now there are ads. I understand maybe they need to make $. I have no problem with a little spam in a free app. Buy these shady spam ads saying you have a virus is bothersome. I know better, meaning I know I don't have a virus. But what about naive people, what happens with them?...they can be taken advantage of. The thing is, I've been using this app for over 2 years. I love it. Very simple, lightweight. But these new spam ads have me questioning the integrity of the company. For that, I give 2 stars.
