I can’t say enough good things about the SPARQ AI device and app. I recently had a bunch of warning lights pop up on my dashboard and, like most people, I immediately started stressing about what could be wrong. Thankfully, I found SPARQ. The setup was incredibly easy. I just downloaded the app, plugged in the device, and within seconds, it gave me a clear breakdown of exactly what was going on with my car. No confusing codes, no guesswork. I finally felt like I was in control and walked into the mechanic’s shop with full confidence knowing what to expect. SPARQ took all the anxiety out of the situation and gave me peace of mind. I 100% recommend this to anyone who drives a car. It’s a game-changer!
I was skeptical about the device - mostly because I received one at no cost. But, I’ve come to understand that is their strategy for getting their product into the market. I have them three now - one on my McLaren, one on my Audi, and one on my Range Rover. They work as intended and the BETA diagnostics is pretty spot on - impressed and excited to see what else they roll out.
Don’t expect it to do more than what a standard $20 OBD-II device does and you won’t be disappointed! The hardware is very premium feeling and has an Apple-like feel to it. The app’s interface is one of the most delightful experiences I saw. The only problem with this whole concept is the fact that they’re marketing it at $400 value (although, hopefully no one actually paid $400 for this). Functionality wise, I haven’t seen the device do anything more than what a standard OBD-II dongle does, it just does it more elegantly and seamlessly.
