South West Taxis

Booked a taxi to take us from a conference in Yallingup back to our accomodation in Margaret River on Friday for Saturday night. Called up during the day on Saturday to confirm and ask if there was any chance they would cancel. We were told they were fairly quiet so would 100% be there to pick us up at 9:15pm or we could call if we needed to be collected earlier. At 8:30pm we received a text saying our trip had been cancelled as they were now unable to service the Yallingup area. I called them and got through to a call centre. I asked if they could suggest another way to get back to our accom 45 minutes drive away. She said she had no idea. When I told her if she woke up to news of 2 people murdered while walking along dark country roads for several hours, she hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THAT THIS COMPANY WILL COLLECT YOU!
