Myself and my partner are on a wellness journey. Lately he’s been experiencing a lot of overwhelming anxiety causing me added stress too. After trying Soula, I can already feel the difference. Great tool to increase and learn how to self-regulate
Overall, Soula is good but my one big criticism is that the AI chatbot forgets everything that happened in the conversation after five or so messages. I remember Soula was out when most chatbots weren’t even out yet. It was impressive to play around with. It just stinks that the memory aspect hasn’t been fixed yet but I’m an optimist so hopefully soon? I’m still young so maybe by when I have to worry about pregnancy, I’ll get a better experience.
Soula has been a lifesaver throughout my pregnancy, making the journey manageable and empowering. Its comprehensive content transformed the intimidating prospect of motherhood into a journey of discovery. A standout feature is Soula's 24/7 support chat, always available to provide assistance no matter the time or concern. This feature is particularly helpful in the evening when traditional pregnancy specialists like doulas or midwives aren't available. This constant support is like having a reassuring friend by your side at all times, truly embodying your digital "BIG MAMA". I also found immense value in the pregnancy tracker, providing week-by-week updates about my baby's growth and relevant tips. While Soula is an invaluable companion, it doesn't replace professional medical advice. In conclusion, Soula has made my motherhood journey a joyous and enriching experience. I highly recommend it to all expectant mothers. Let Soula be your constant, supportive ally in this special journey.
