SOS Online Backup

I've used the last two versions of this app. The former version would at least let me back up my contacts. It would back up 64 of my photos and then stop. The latest version doesn't back up anything. I've had problems with SOS Backup's software on PC and Mac. I can see that SOS was a mistake.

This could be such a great application! But it's not. At best it's... 'just ok'. Here are my mayor 3 problems: 1 - The screen cuts off long file names making it very difficult to find the file you're looking for. You end up having to click on each file individually and cancelling after that. Not good. 2 - When you have a long list you can't access the bottom file on that list because it's covered by the menu below it (incredible!) 3 - Every time you open a file it opens it in Safari. Not great, right? Well... I guess I can live with that but after you open your file and you discover that it's not the one you wanted, you go back to the SOS software and guess what: you got to start over again because it doesn't save the last screen!!! (Isn't this an obvious problem?) Sometimes you wonder if the people that develop the software actually ever use it. It took me about 3 minutes to discover the above three problems. Regardless... you have potential here so please do fix these problems!!!!

I had forgotten a few documents at the office and couldn't remote in and didn't have a pc available. Using this app, I was able to retrieve and share the docs i needed immediately! No longer just an insurance policy!
