Loving having an app where I can log quick daily reflections and start to identify the patterns in what helps calm me vs what activates me.

Loving this app to help me slow down and reflect on daily life. As a working mom of 2 littles, I am just going, going, going. I love to workout and take care of my body but am missing taking care of my mind and inner peace. Really enjoying taking the time to practice gratitude and learning to journal which has really helped me chill. Love that this links to my watch to gather my daily info and how easy it is to check in. It’s fun to reflect back on my week and I know exactly why my regulation score was good or bad on certain days. Can’t wait to see my trends over the next few months!
