Solitaire Word Fun!

This is the best word solitaire I’ve played so far. The easiest levels still hold some challenge, and the hardest are winnable with tenacity in a few tries. But, there are a few glitches that I’d like to point out. Sometimes the picture cards change several seconds after they are dealt. Most, but not all, start off as bananas. Long words are cut off, instead of wrapping to the next line. Cobblestones become Cobblest. Last, occasionally the game times out when I don’t play for a minute or two, and runs an ad. That would be fine, except that if I need to get more turns by running an ad, it runs an additional time out ad as soon as the first ad is over. That’s too much. Fix these 3 things and you’ll have a really great game.

Purchased the no ad pack back in February. The game got stuck on level 937. (I passed the level) I contacted the customer service team. What a joke and wasted of time. They keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. This has been going on for a month. The only thing that happened was I lost coins and no the no ad pack that I paid for. They asked me to send them a receipt that I paid for the no ad pack. I sent the receipt from Apple and they still insisted on checking with their accounting team. Today is Monday, April 13th and they still haven’t fixed my account. I’ve contacted Apple for a refund and deleted the app. Customer service was very condescending and unhelpful. How the heck you create a a game and cannot fix the problem. Buy at your own risk. Because they will not solve your issue. Which is their job. If I could I would have not given a star.

This really is a great game. I enjoy playing it for hours. I do wish however that there was an “endgame“ button when you know you’re already swamped. Having to click the cars to go through the game can be a bit tedious. But so far has been worth it, but the last game was over & had 121 cards to flip in a 3draw game. Thumbs getting a lil tired. Oh and it’s because Super Hard IS Super Hard!!! Thanks, still a great game. Now back to my game. Ok, I had to come back and correct something. I discovered gamers can reset the game by clicking on the settings while playing the game. But there seems to be more adds.
