Solitaire: Deluxe® Classic

I’ve been an avid solitaire player for well over a decade. I’m not sure if these are new owners and/ or new employees but…, I have NOT been able to open up the app for right at 3 weeks with NO help in site. I have never had this kind of problem with Solitaire ever. It seems to me whoever is in charge of making sure this game runs smoothly needs to STEP UP and get this issue resolved. Obviously the last couple of updates are the problem since it stopped working afterwards!! Please give this game your attention until it is fixed for ALL of us players not for just a few.

Updated from 1 star to 5. The developer responded to my review explaining that I could click the Restore Purchases button to remove the ads. I was not aware of this option and the button was not obvious but I found it and my game has been restored without ads. A big thank you to the developers for the quick response and solution. XXXXOOOO I’ve been playing this solitaire app for years on two different IPads. Today I got a new IPad and when the app downloaded from ICloud it came not only with scrolling ads across the bottom of the screen but also full screen pop up ads that require multiple X-ing out when I select a new game. Infuriating. This app will be deleted as soon as I submit this review. Thanks Mobile Deluxe for ruining the app to gain revenue from advertisers.

I absolutely love Chinese solitaire - I used to play it as a child. Unfortunately the ap has frozen on me twice so far so I have had to delete and reload it, thereby losing all my points! It is still freezing on me - had to delete again. Please fix the freezing problem!!! The freezing problem is worse than ever with the new ads! What is with the double ads? Why do I keep getting messages saying I need to update and when I do it is a totally (awful) different ap? It is frozen again. Please fix the problem. It works again and I really do love this ap. I just get frustrated when it occasionally freezes. Why is this app sounding an alarm every time I play it today? I am afraid to play it now.
