Worst experience ever
My passport delivery was delayed and I had to reschedule my flight and pay hefty fees. Moreover, SMSA never contacted me to deliver it nor to get my address. I have to chase them and give them the address. Also, it says on the status “future delivery requested by customer” although no one contacted me and I did not request to reschedule the delivery!!!! Now I’m gonna wait even more and I’ll be super later for my work trip.. do not recommend this crappy shipment company to anyone!!!!

Delivery delay & extra charges
On the package there is a sticker which indicates that I don’t have to pay anything (COD 0) , but the driver took 8.80 KD !!! When I asked him for what ? He said for customs without giving me a receipt.

Worst company ever,
I have shipment for almost a week and still didn’t receive it, they want the customers to chase them, They send you SMS so you can call them and go picking up your shipment, she called me confirm my name and told me I have package then hang up without giving me a chance to ask a simple question, they better hire very trained people not grumpy.
