I brought this camera in 2022 it was soo much easy to connect worked like a charm. The worst is from last 1 month I was not able to connect with app because there server is not working anymore and I have tried to contact them there is no phone or contact no. Then I tried tere support mail id a week before I have emailed my problem given my contact details there is no response. Waste of money worst brand do not buy their any other products too.

Then after 6month I thought to buy the another new one to easily manage my application but it was not available anywhere in the Internet. The worst is from last 1 month I was not able to connect with e app because there server is not working anymore and I am happy that i didn’t buy the another one. I have tried to contact them there is no phone or contact no. Then I tried tere support mail id a week before I have emailed my problem given my contact details there is no response. Waste of money worst brand do not my there any other products too.

Dear smitch team We know you are working hard to give us better experience From last year we have seen so many improvements in smitch app and stability in the app but till there is a long path to cover up. i have some suggestions about the app if you consider:- * Add Fast forwarded and Slow motion button to watch local video. *Add option to download at least 15 minutes or more duration of video to download in gallery. * When we zoom video it zoomed from 0 to maximum. Kindly add to maintain zoom level option. **When night mode option is not enabled or off it still automatically turns on Night Mode please fix that too. There are so many issues but majorly I mentioned here which i faced.
