First time I ordered groceries the delivery guy went to JVC when my address on the app says Meydan! Then after waiting 8 hours, the app says ‘delivery cancelled’. They credited my account so today I tried to order again and after almost 8 hours, the app shows that the delivery guy is at my location. I waited but no delievry. When I contacted customer support chat, they gave me the delivery guys number and when I called him he said he got to my location but realized he forgot one of the bags so he returned to the warehouse to get it. Another 30min later, he arrives and when I tell him to leave the bags outside the door, he tells me ‘no ma’am please come to the door because there’s items missing’. So I go to the door and he tells me he forgot 2 items. This is a joke. I told him to either bring all items or take everything back. So he took everything back. So I contacted customer support chat and explained everything and told them I don’t want to be credited on this app, I want my refund, they completely stopped replying. I keep messaging them, and the ticket shows it’s still open and they are reading my messages but completely stopped replying. A complete joke of customer service. They don’t even have a number to call to speak to them. Never ever using this app again. I’ll stick to Noon and Talabat.

Very slow and lags a lot It doesn’t crash but it keeps loading for ever and I restart it by myself, to start loading for ever again!!! Why trying to populate an app with discounts and services and can’t handle 1/3rd of the customers ? Also customer support is a joke 🤡 I made an order and had to wait over 11 minutes for the restaurant to accept it, when I asked the customer support to cancel it within the first five minutes they asked to hold on while they call the restaurant and confirm it, they asked for 2 minutes, then another 2 minutes and another two minutes until the order was accepted, I requested a cancellation and refund but they refused to do anything, I asked for the supervisor they refused to let me talk to, I tried calling them but there’s no phone number, only chat support with clowns 🤡🤡. Second time I tried this app, I made a delivery order, they changed it to pick up, I messaged the support team about the issue they said sorry we can’t change it, I ask for cancellation they said no way the order will be ready soon, I rated this application based on the troubles caused by their greediness and the App Store doesn’t doesn’t share my rating. I dare you to do this with any order paid by cash on delivery.

I like the App, but the latest version (6.6.5) breaks Apple Pay. If you select Apple Pay upon check out, it will proceed to the next screen and say order placed but there is no charge on the card and no voucher purchased. Please fix Apple Pay, it’s not working any more and that is a huge inconvenience. Thanks.
