Smartzi Driver

Few of my friends work with them, and told me to avoid working with them, because they dishonest, I have done first job early morning, After negotiating the price we agreed net £65 from Ec3n 1bj to Heathrow T5 early morning at 4am. It was last minute call from them. After dropping the passenger I saw £56, I called them, and they denied. Is is driver’s responsibility to ask them how much commission you are taking. Also they don’t mention with the jobs by writing Like note, company taking this much commission. Avoid this company, they are scum

Please don’t start wt them because they steal drivers money?????!!! It’s not pay car parking fee , no airport parking fee and no airport drop off charges. It’s price is very much lower, they don’t know any booking person information, when you reach for pick up points then passenger needs 7 or 9 seater cars!!!!! Overall very much painful and stressful if u work wt smartiz. Very much bad and poor customer service and no answer any emails or text messages even u do many times. Extremely frustrating and did not pay on time ???? Always pay less for earning. If someone think to work wt them Then I suggest you please PlEASE Don’t waste your time , money and energy. It’s very much Bad seriously. !!!!!!! REALLY SHAMEFUL SERVICE?????!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so annoyed to have to logout if I’m not working, then login again. Wile going offline should stop every notification, but here keep sending prebooked jobs Dev should look to get jobs closer to where the driver is.
