Smart M-Air

We bought MHI because they are supposed to be the best, but this app makes it the worst experience. The only thing this app does is loading, starting you AC only works after 2 mins of loading and whenever you press back, 30 sec loading etc. Worst app I ever used, can’t even select sleep mode…

It's really ridiculous that the app still doesn't work on Apple IOS17 after three weeks. When will they fix this problem? This is not how you treat your customers!

Imagine you buy some airco’s of the best brand. Expensive but you want a good system. And Imagine you get a app that’s frustrates a lot.. this is the app for the latest Mitsubishi heavy systems so it is a big disappointment. What is needed to make it a good app: - faster, Need to load when you change something. - eco mode, hello.. high energie prices. - option to copy days of the calendar to the other days. It takes a lot of time to make or change the days of the week. - last but maybe most important; make it possible to use it on more phones/tablets.
