Sleep Cycle

This app is not working properly. I turned it on before bed by pressing “start”. When I awoke in the morning to review my sleep for the night the app had reset to “start”. It did not record any activity from my nights sleep. Also, the days for sleep are off. The day that is set for wake up is actually the next day. For example, I have an alarm set for Tuesday at 7:30am. This alarm is actually for Wednesday morning. Each day of the week is an alarm, not for that morning, actually for the next following day’s morning. I have read reviews, that once this app is purchased, there are charges to accounts that are not accurate. I have looked through my subscriptions and purchase history to find what amount I have been charged. Curiously, there is no subscription charge or purchase history for this app in my account. I did purchase the premium version so there should be a charge. I will check my credit card statement at the end of my pay period. I will update what I find.

Normally I never review anything, but I have to warn you all this app is a scam! I downloaded it thinking I was getting the free version. While I was trying to set it up a question box saying “Would you like to rate us?” Kept popping up. I kept hitting no but I just came back again and again until I hit yes and the question box disappeared. When I was reviewing the settings after I hit “yes” to RATE THE APP. I noticed it said I had a PREMIUM ACCOUNT! I was confused because I had not paid for the premium version so I came back to iTunes to see if I had accidentally bought the app. To my surprise, I saw that others had the same issue and the app was charging them $20 A WEEK! Refund any money you STOLE from me right now!!!

I set everything up and as soon as I am ready to start it has an ad that says to get the premium and I don’t want to get the premium but it won’t let me X out of the ad and I tried re downloading the app, shutting down my phone, and deleting it from the cloud but the ad would never leave so I can’t even use the app without paying. Ugh so frustrated. DO NOT GET THIS APP IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY FOR IT! I was really looking forward to getting this app and now I cant use it. Such a scam.
